Delivery Times

Most orders deliver within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. Here are the realistic timings per product type.

Typical delivery

  • Gift cards & in-game pins (Valorant VP, Free Fire Diamonds, etc.): under 5 minutes after payment confirmation.
  • Discord Nitro: under 10 minutes — sometimes faster, occasionally slower depending on supplier availability.
  • FiveM accounts: 5–30 minutes during normal hours, up to 1 hour during peak (Friday and Saturday evenings, Moroccan time).

What "after payment confirmation" means

  1. You pay (bank transfer, Wafacash, cash deposit) and send us the receipt screenshot on WhatsApp.
  2. We verify with the bank/agent — typically 2–15 minutes depending on method.
  3. Delivery starts immediately after confirmation.
  4. For very late hours (00:00–07:00 Casablanca time), confirmation may wait until morning.

Where you receive the code

  • Primary: the WhatsApp thread you used to confirm the order.
  • Backup: your order page at acpins.com/orders/<reference> — bookmark it.
  • If you signed in, the order also appears in your account history.

Bigger orders

  • Bulk orders (10+ codes or accounts) may take longer — we always confirm a timeline before payment.
  • Custom requests (gift cards we don't list, region-specific stuff): message us first, we quote price and delivery time together.

If we're running late

  • Sometimes a supplier hits a delay or runs out of stock for a region — we'll always update you proactively on WhatsApp.
  • If the delay will exceed 24 hours, you can cancel for a full refund per our refund policy.
