Terms of Service

ACPins ("we", "us") is a Moroccan digital storefront. By placing an order on acpins.com you agree to these terms. They're short — read them.

What we sell

  • Digital goods only: gift cards, in-game pins (Valorant Points, Free Fire Diamonds, etc.), subscription codes (Discord Nitro), and game accounts (FiveM).
  • All sales are intangible — we never ship physical product.
  • Codes and account credentials are delivered through WhatsApp on the thread you used to confirm the order.

Order flow

  1. Browse, add to cart, click Checkout.
  2. Our system opens WhatsApp with your order pre-filled — you confirm with us by message.
  3. You pay using one of our supported methods (bank transfer, cash deposit at CIH/Attijari/BMCE, Wafacash). We confirm receipt.
  4. Once payment is confirmed we deliver the code(s) or account(s) on the same WhatsApp thread.

Pricing & currency

  • Posted prices are in Moroccan Dirham (MAD).
  • We may update prices at any time before order confirmation. Once we confirm on WhatsApp, the price is locked.

Replacement guarantee

  • Every code is hand-checked before delivery.
  • If a code does not redeem or an account does not behave as advertised, message us with your order reference within 7 days (30 days for Discord Nitro). We replace at no charge.

Refunds

See our Refund policy. In short: we refund if we cannot deliver or replace. We do not refund codes that have been redeemed or accounts whose credentials have already been shared.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate delivery details on WhatsApp (Riot ID for VP, Discord email for Nitro, etc.). A small typo can bounce delivery.
  • Do not redeem codes on accounts that violate the publisher's terms — we cannot replace a code lost to a publisher ban (Riot region-jump, Discord ToS, etc.).
  • Keep your account credentials safe after delivery. Forwarding credentials to third parties voids the replacement guarantee.

Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
  • We are not responsible for changes by upstream publishers (Riot, Discord, Rockstar) that affect product behavior after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes are first addressed through WhatsApp support, then through Moroccan courts of competent jurisdiction.

Updates

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
