We keep data collection minimal — only what we need to take orders, deliver them, and resolve support requests. No advertising pixels, no third-party tracking, no resale of your data. Ever.

What we collect

  • Identifying info you give us at checkout: name, email, WhatsApp phone number.
  • Payment confirmation info you send on WhatsApp (bank-transfer receipt screenshots, Wafacash codes, etc.).
  • Order history and delivered codes (kept so we can handle replacement and refund disputes).
  • Anonymous usage analytics via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights — no personal identifiers, just aggregate traffic and performance numbers.
  • Cookies for session and cart only. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

How we use it

  • Process and deliver your order via WhatsApp.
  • Respond to support requests and handle replacements/refunds.
  • Investigate fraud and abuse.
  • Improve the site based on aggregated traffic metrics.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. The only third parties involved are infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting/analytics, Supabase for the database) — they process data on our behalf and are bound by their own contracts.

Sign-in providers

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile image from Google. We do not receive your password or any data outside that scope.

Data retention

  • Order data: 24 months — needed for replacement disputes and Moroccan tax recordkeeping.
  • Account data: until you ask us to delete it.
  • WhatsApp messages: stored by Meta per their policies; we don't keep separate copies on our servers.

Your rights

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to update or delete your data.
  • Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference or registered email. We respond within 7 days.

Children

ACPins is not directed at users under 18. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must place the order. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Updates

We post changes here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes (e.g. new categories of data collected) are announced on the homepage for at least 30 days.
