How to order

Ordering on ACPins takes about 60 seconds. Here's exactly what happens.

The 6-step flow

  1. Browse the catalog by category, brand, or via search.
  2. Open the product you want. Pick the variant (region, denomination, tier) and click Add to cart.
  3. Go to cart once you have everything. Click Checkout.
  4. Confirm checkout — we open WhatsApp with your order summary pre-filled. Send the message to lock the order.
  5. Pay using one of the supported methods below. We'll send you the bank details or agent code over WhatsApp.
  6. Send proof of payment (a screenshot of the bank receipt, Wafacash code, etc.) on the same WhatsApp thread. Receive your code once we confirm — usually within minutes.

Supported payment methods

  • Bank transfer (CIH, Attijari, BMCE, Banque Populaire, and other major Moroccan banks)
  • Cash deposit at any of the above bank branches
  • Wafacash or compatible cash-pickup services
  • Other methods on request — just message us first

Tips for a smooth order

  • Double-check your Riot ID / Discord email / etc. before checking out — small typos cause delivery to bounce.
  • Save your order reference (it's at /orders/<reference>) — it's the fastest way to get support.
  • Add your country code (+212 for Morocco) to your phone number so WhatsApp doesn't get confused.
