Refund Policy

We try to make refunds rare by hand-checking every order before delivery. When something does go wrong, here's how it works.

When you can request a refund

  • We can't deliver your order within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
  • The code is invalid AND we cannot supply a replacement within 24 hours.
  • The account does not match what was advertised AND we cannot replace it.
  • You cancelled before we delivered.

When we cannot refund

  • The code has already been redeemed on a Riot / Discord / Rockstar / publisher account.
  • Account credentials have already been shared with you and you have logged in.
  • The publisher (Riot, Discord, Rockstar) has revoked the code or account due to a violation on your side — region jump, sharing across multiple devices, ToS abuse, etc.

Replacement first

Most issues are fixable with a replacement (a fresh code or a new account). We default to replacement when supply allows — it's faster than a refund. You can always insist on the refund instead.

How to request

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your order reference (looks like ACP-XXXX).
  2. Describe what happened and attach any screenshots (redemption error, account behavior, etc.).
  3. We respond within hours.

Timeline

  • We confirm whether a refund applies within 24 hours of your request.
  • Refunds are paid back through the same channel you used to pay (bank transfer, Wafacash, etc.).
  • Bank transfers typically settle within 1–3 business days in Morocco.
